International Marketing: U.S. Product Global Expansion – 818 Tequila
In this project, my team and I were tasked to create a global expansion marketing plan for a U.S.-based product. My team chose Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila brand and proposed expanding it into Italy, with a focus on small Mexican restaurants and grocery stores that attracted tourists and locals.
